While we do not possess a halal certification, we assure you that our products are free from alcohol, animal gelatine, and lard. In addition, all our products are free from artificial preservatives, colouring, flavouring, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar.

Our colours and flavours are derived exclusively from fresh fruits, plants, or flowers. Additionally, we utilise sunflower oil and Himalayan pink salt exclusively in our creations.

For non-seasonal periods, our operating hours are from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday, and we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

During seasonal periods like Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival and Chinese New Year, our operating hours are from 9am to 7pm, Mondays to Saturdays.

To guarantee availability, we suggest pre-ordering our freshly baked goods at least two days in advance or contacting us via WhatsApp to inquire about current availability.

Our minimum lead time for orders is 2 days. However, if you have a last-minute or urgent request, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp 91138672 to inquire about availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our shop is located at #01-02 Parc Somme, 62 Somme Road, Singapore 207877, and open from 10am - 5pm.

Yes! We have 2 types of delivery:

Regular Island-wide Batch Delivery ($18) for delivery between 2pm-5pm.

Dedicated Driver Delivery ($25) for customer-requested timings.

We offer complimentary Island-wide Batch Delivery to one location for orders above $220 nett.

Our mooncakes are best consumed within 2-3 days to enjoy the optimal taste and texture as we do not use 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 and 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.

We 𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲 freshness with each box of snowskin mooncakes, as we make them on a pre-order basis.

Pre-order early and collect them nearer to the date you like to give them away or enjoy with your loved ones.

It is recommended to store snowskin mooncakes in a chiller to maintain their optimal quality and freshness.

Please ensure that you keep the snowskin mooncakes outside for no longer than one hour.

We assure you that not just our all natural mooncakes but all products are free from gelatine, alcohol nor lard.

Yes, our heirloom snowskin mooncake recipe uses non-gluten ingredients only. However, there might be traces of gluten present as our production kitchen is not a dedicated gluten free facility.

At Simple Indulgence Patisserie, we offer a range of mooncakes to cater to various dietary preferences. We have two vegan snowskin mooncakes, meaning they do not contain any animal products. Additionally, we have three dairy-free snowskin mooncakes that are free from dairy ingredients. However, none of our mooncakes are sugar-free. We prioritise crafting our delectable treats with a commitment to reducing sugar content rather than relying on sugar alternatives for a sugar-free claim.

Our philosophy revolves around using less sugar and seeking out natural alternatives such as dates and organic unrefined sugar whenever feasible. By incorporating these natural sweeteners, we strive to create desserts that retain deliciousness while promoting a more balanced and wholesome indulgence.
